Are we going to walk a lot during the tour?
During the tour we will walk between locations, and that will take about one hour on foot. So we recommend you to wear comfortable shoes while on tour.
What is the maximum number of people that can join?
Our tours are usually for 8-10 people maximum. This way we ensure you have an authentic and personal experience. If your group includes more people, please contact us and we will see how we can accommodate your needs.
Can we choose another language for our tour?
English is the main language in which we conduct our tours. Another possible language choice would be French. If you are interested in it, please contact us and we will discuss further details.
What happens if it rains?
Our food tours will not be canceled in case of rain. We recommend to check the forecast before booking your tour and to be prepared in case of sudden change of weather, as it is quite unpredictable here in Paris.
Are we allowed to shop during the tour?
It is preferable to keep shopping to a minimum as the tour follows a certain timeline. But don’t worry, you will receive a list of the places visited together with their addresses, at the beginning or the end of the tour.
I don’t drink alcohol. Is it a problem?
No problem at all. Just inform us before the tour and we will take care of it.
Is it better to take this tour at the beginning or at the end of my stay in Paris?
We recommend to take it on the first few days of your stay, as it is a great way to learn more about the culinary history of Paris, as well to discover tips and tricks on how to get around the city.
Do we need to pay for the tours?
No, the tours are cost-free, as they are based on tips at the end of the journey. You simply enjoy the whole experience and, if you consider it appropriate, you can tip the guide at the end of the tour.
Do I need to bring paper confirmation to the tour?
As long as you have it on your phone, there is no need to bring it on paper.
What can I do if the tour is fully booked?
If the date you are considering for the tour is not available, please contact us and we will look into what we can do about it. Please know that we cannot always guarantee a positive reply in this regard.
